Amdocs HR departments invited ~90 of their top sales team from across the world to attend their 2021 National Sales Meeting and incentive trip in Las Vegas, Nevada. The goal of the event was to reward the team for their hard work in the last year and act as a celebration of their first time all together since before the pandemic.
On the tail end of the height of the pandemic AMDOCS had a goal of celebrating their top sales executives in-person for the first time in 2 years. Navigating the changing landscape of the event world beginning with site selection and culminating with a grand celebration in Las Vegas, Nevada, the Redstone team helped AMDOCS navigate the challenges associated with supply chain, hotel limitations and COVID-19 contingency plans to help execute an event that was both rewarding and celebratory for their top performers.
The entire event was jam-packed with exciting and engaging opportunities for the delegates that allowed them to celebrate their wins over the past two years in style including an evening Gala and Awards Ceremony with live cirque de Soleil performances, a Marilyn Monroe impersonator as our host and an extraordinary spread of food and drink, an afternoon of Nevada excursions and indulgent dinners with evening entertainment. All this was accomplished while adhering to health and safety best practices, and the implementation of on-site Rapid Antigen testing and PCR testing which was required for travel at the time.
