Celebrating Redstone’s Latest Accomplishments in the Association Industry

Redstone is proud to announce that several members of the #REDSQUAD have been recognized for their contributions and commitment to the association industry. We are thrilled to congratulate the following members of our team:

Carly Silberstein on her appointment to the AMC Institute Canada Chapter Board of Directors.

Both Sarah Beube and Erin Dawtrey on their nominations for the Donna Mary Shaw Award at the 2021 Pan-Canadian CSAE Awards.

Nzinga White on her nomination for the CSAE Trillium Emerging Talent Award – Executive Member at the 2021 CSAE Trillium Awards.

AMC Institute Canada Chapter Board of Directors 

The Canadian Chapter is the first, and currently only chapter of the AMC Institute. Encompassing association management companies in most provinces, the Canadian Chapter currently has 20 members from coast to coast.

Carly is the CEO and driving force behind Redstone Agency. She is a devoted entrepreneur with a passion for making personal connections and developing strategic partnerships for Redstone and our clients.

“It’s a privilege to be appointed to the AMC Institute Canada Board of Directors.” said Carly. “I’m passionate about bridging the connected generations of Millennials and Gen-Z with previous generations to position entire industries to thrive into the future. I truly believe in the power of the association management model and hope to do my part to gain widespread awareness and understanding.”

2021 CSAE Pan-Canadian Awards 

The 2021 Pan-Canadian CSAE Awards, recognizing recipients of Pan-Canadian CSAE Leadership Awards, and the CSAE Ottawa-Gatineau Awards will take place virtually on April 21, 2021 from 4:30pm – 6:00pm ET.

We are pleased to have two of our team members nominated for the Donna Mary Shaw Award for Emerging Leaders – Sarah Beube and Erin Dawtrey. This award recognizes emerging not-for-profit professionals and helps to develop tomorrow’s association leaders by providing resources, education, and mentorship.

Sarah is an Account Coordinator with Redstone and prides herself on creating meaningful connections and positive relationships with clients to help them achieve, and exceed, their goals.

“I feel extremely honoured and excited to be nominated, especially beside some of my incredible colleagues. This is an industry I’m very passionate about, and I’m so grateful to be recognized and considered for this award.” said Sarah. “A huge congratulations to all the of nominees, and I’d also like to give a massive shout out to Seamus Gearin for all that he’s taught me within the industry and my organization.”

Erin is an extremely motivated member of the Redstone team, and in her role as an Account Coordinator, is client-driven and strives to provide unique and personable results.

“It’s an honour to be nominated for a leadership award in the not-for-profit industry alongside such hard-working individuals!” said Erin. “I’m extremely excited for this opportunity and looking forward to what else this career path has in store for me.”

2021 CSAE Trillium Awards

The 2021 CSAE Trillium Awards will take place virtually on April 21, 2021 from 12:00pm – 1:00pm ET to honour champions of the association industry and not-for-profit world.

The CSAE Trillium Emerging Talent Award – Executive Member recognizes one CSAE Executive Member, who, within the first five years of the members’ careers in the association sector, or within the first five years of CSAE membership, has demonstrated remarkable promise as future leaders in the association sector.

As Senior Account Manager and leader at Redstone, Nzinga is responsible for managing and leading several association clients. Alongside this year’s nomination, Nzinga has been recognized previously as a remarkable leader by receiving the 2018 CSAE Donna Mary Shaw Award for Emerging Leaders.

“I’m honoured to be nominated for the CSAE Trillium Emerging Leader Award and thank the leadership at Redstone Agency for their support and mentorship over the past 4+ years.” said Nzinga. “I’ve developed a passion for the not-for-profit sector and am dedicated to serving my clients to ensure they achieve their mission even in times of rapid change.”
