Redstone added value to the event by being diligent and communicative throughout the entire process
Redstone served as a strategic consultant on how to best execute the event from start to finish including event strategy, venue sourcing, developing a communications plan, graphic design, agenda flow, production considerations, and contract negotiation.
The Condo Conference 2022 was held from Friday, September 30th to Saturday, October 1st at the Enercare and Beanfield Centre. The Condo Conference is the annual industry conference jointly organized and conducted by the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO) and the Canadian Condominium Institute of Toronto (CCI-T). It was a return to an in-person conference and tradeshow for the first time since 2019. The conference is two days of education, networking, exploring the trade show floor, and connecting with peers and members from the condominium community!
Redstone added value to the event by being diligent and communicative throughout the entire process, providing different marketing strategies and personalized communication to sponsors and exhibitors. Redstone also created two registration scenarios, to reflect pre and post-COVID attendance numbers. Scenario one reflected attendance numbers that were often seen pre-COVID. Scenario two reflected attendance numbers based on the 30% decrease in registration occurring across all in-person events. This was a full scope event and Redstone provided scripting, PowerPoint development, sponsorship, and exhibitor sales and assisted in program development. Redstone carried out numerous marketing initiatives including win-back campaigns, call campaigns, and launching the marketing tool Snoball. Snoball was used to increase the event’s visibility within the industry and increase attendee numbers. Through Snoball we were able to curate social media posts for our attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, and speakers that they could easily share on their personal social media accounts. For attendees a link was automatically sent upon registering, however it was optional for them to create a profile. Additional social media campaigns were carried out that highlighted different aspects of the conference including sessions, sponsors, and activations.
The Redstone team customized communication for sponsors and personally reached out to previous sponsors from 2019 and offered customized sponsorship packages to large stakeholders. There was also a customized registration process for sponsors and exhibitors. To reduce sponsor and exhibitor confusion when registering, our team personally collected the information from the sponsors and exhibitors and registered their team/clients. Redstone created a marketing review process for the entire committee and held additional touchpoint meetings with co-chairs and Director of Events to ensure everyone was aligned throughout the duration of the planning process.
The event saw 776 total attendees, 340 networking tickets sold, 588 exhibitor booth managers, 170 exhibitors and 24 sponsors.
