Redstone Redefines IHEA's Brand and Website

Redstone spearheaded the rebranding and website redevelopment for the International Health Economics Association (IHEA), delivering a refreshed logo design that aligned with IHEA’s mission and a modern, user-friendly website. The project also included a dedicated database for teaching health economics materials, improving accessibility and functionality for IHEA’s resources.

The International Health Economics Association (IHEA) is a global organization that promotes the development and use of health economics as a discipline that can improve health and healthcare worldwide. However, the organization’s outdated brand and website made it difficult for members and visitors to navigate and engage with IHEA. Additionally, IHEA had a repository of teaching health economics materials that were challenging to navigate, which created further obstacles for users.

The rebranding process involved a refresh of IHEA’s brand identity. The old logo was outdated and did not represent IHEA’s mission and values effectively. Redstone began by reviewing the research conducted during the discovery phase of the project to gain a better understanding of IHEA’s brand identity and audience. This information was used to develop several logo concepts. The favourited new logo featured a modern design with bold typography, and a unique symbol that represented IHEA’s focus on improving health and healthcare worldwide. The new logo successfully refreshed IHEA’s brand identity, making it more appealing to its audience and more aligned with its mission and vision.

The logo’s modern design and unique symbol conveyed IHEA’s focus on innovation, collaboration, and impact, which helped to improve the organization’s reputation and effectiveness.

Redstone then worked on developing the new website, focusing on speed, security, and easy updating. The new website was built using WordPress content management system, which made it easy for IHEA to add and update content. The result was a sleek, modern website with a user-friendly interface with clear navigation and improved functionality, and clear access to IHEA’s resources. The new design included responsive web design to ensure easy access on any device. Redstone also implemented a database for IHEA’s teaching health economics materials. The database allowed users to preview the documents before downloading them, filter materials by multiple criteria, and provided an easy method for new teaching materials to be uploaded. The database significantly improved the user experience by making it easier to access and find the materials needed.
