As an established and regarded industry leader and mentor, Bailey started Redstone with the motivation to bring for-profit knowledge and efficiencies to as many associations and NPOs as possible. With years of experience developing management and cost-saving practices and guiding the strategic direction of many organizations, Bailey knows how to bring out the best in her teams and clients to help them achieve their goals.
Bailey fosters relationships built on honesty and trust and operates with a high degree of integrity and professionalism.
She currently volunteers as the Manager of the York Mills Rangers U10 GTHL A hockey team and sits on the Alumni Committee for Associated Hebrew Schools. She previously served on the program advisory committee for George Brown College’s Special Events Program and on the Editorial Board of M+IT Magazine.
Bailey graduated from Western University and holds a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies degree (Dean’s List) with a specialization in Organizational Human Resources.
Carly Silberstein
Chief Executive Officer

Carly is the driving force behind Redstone Agency. She is a devoted entrepreneur with a passion for making personal connections and developing strategic partnerships for Redstone and its clients. Carly has years of experience leading marketing and event teams that service corporate clients, not-for-profit organizations, and professional associations in a variety of industries. Her ongoing focus on positive customer experiences has set a precedent for the quality of service that Redstone clients have come to expect.
Carly’s an early adopter of all things technology; in 2016, Carly was one of the pioneers to earn the Digital Event Strategist (DES) Certification from PCMA’s the Digital Experience Institute®. This designation makes Carly an authority on live streaming, digital, and hybrid events. More recently, Carly honed her skills by earning the Virtual Event and Meeting Management (VEMM) certificate from the Event Leadership Institute. She is also considered a social media guru, a status that is supported by her HootSuite Social Media Management certification. In 2021, Carly was named to the Eventex Top 100 Most Influential People in the Industry list, recognizing her creativity, vision, and capacity for innovation.
Carly is an active member of the Canadian Society of Association Executives (CSAE), Meeting Professionals International (MPI) and the Canadian Society of Professional Event Planners (CanSPEP). Her commitment to keeping a pulse on industry best practices, strong professional network, and access to exclusive resources strongly positions Carly to continue delivering innovative and impactful results for both the Redstone team and clients.
Maddy Madeley
Vice President

A senior leader at Redstone and working in association management since 2010, Maddy has worked with dozens of national and international not-for-profit organizations over the course of her career. Through department oversight of Redstone’s association and financial management teams, she is focused on ensuring Redstone clients always receive advice based on best practices and brings a wealth of knowledge in membership engagement, systems and processes management and change management. Maddy also has expertise in providing board and volunteer support and structuring the annual financial reporting systems of many organizations.
A bilingual member of the team, Maddy has published articles on Canada’s Anti-spam legislation, recruiting young professionals to associations and a series of articles related to strategic planning, meeting planning and succession planning for associations with small budgets. Formerly a regular contributor to Corporate Meetings Network, Maddy was profiled as a featured meeting planner in 2018.
In 2015, Maddy was named a Top Forty Under 40 by the Association Forum of Chicagoland and USAE Weekly. This prestigious award recognizes 40 up-and-coming association and not-for-profit professionals who demonstrate high potential for success in leadership roles and exhibit a strong commitment to the association management profession. Maddy is also the 2014 recipient of the Donna Mary Shaw Award from the Canadian Society of Association Executives (CSAE). It is awarded to individuals in the not-for-profit sector with a passion for management and mentoring.
